From my limited knowledge, its possible, but you would be very constricted. Like, you would have to spend at least 10 000$ because thats Disney's lowest minimum, but your reception would have to start before 2pm, and be a maximum of 4 hours long. You'd have to pick a cheaper lunch menu, etc...
