We are making our own dinner before the races since we are staying in a Villa. :) I do remember once I just went to the resort counter service before we started staying in a room with a kitchen. Plus my mom who runs the GSC is really picky about what she eats the night before the race.

Yes they do run through Epcot. I believe there is normally a character at the finish line.

There was a couple who had both their kids in a corral ahead of ours and they picked them up and were running.

The Scavenger Hunt is AWESOME! The way the course is laid out you can't skip the scavenger hunt. It is so much fun though! It was my first 5k ever!

We once had a two hour wait for Garden Grill. They allowed us to cancel when we checked in and didn't have to pay a fee. But that was before the CC hold.

It was lightning pretty bad yesterday and the storms were pretty rough. But I also heard that the car got struck by lightning and it caught fire. Which Is quite possible and I do believe it was also on the local news this morning.
