Don't worry they are very reputable. We used them last October with no problems and many, many other folks here have. MouseSavers often has special deals with them for Newletter subscribers.

They do have an observation deck and you don't need ressies at the restaurant to use it. You can see the castle and it is a nice place to view Wishes from. I agree!!

I went in 1999 and they had them then ( I think they just introduced them. I am surprised that they don't (according to the other posters) because I thought they had more opportunity to have them during a time when the parks normally close early. Oh well.
