Wristband placement depends on who you get at the port... When we asked "Marge" if the band could be placed on the ankle, she sternly told us that it could not. However, we saw multiple kids on our cruise with the bands on their ankles. :confused3

We took our 6-month old daughter to WDW and had a GREAT time. At that age, she slept - A LOT... My wife had a baby sling & she was as snug as a bug in there. We were able to go on most non-thrill rides with her. It really gave us time to enjoy walking the parks and do some more people...
