We are planning a trip for my daughter's 16th bday and currently have a grand villa on hold at OKW for the third week of august 2011....can anyone venture a guess at what my chances might be for a grand villa at BLT at the 7th month window?

I did ask at one of the desks on my recent trip and the rep said that he heard that they are going to do extensions eventually on all of them....personally i turned down the okw extension (310 points - I'm 44 years old) - I do also own 100 points at BCV - I might be interested in extending that...

can someone please explain, when DVC starts a search for an Interval exchange - they charge $75 - is the charge refundable if I cancel the search before they find anything?

I see there is a "shop and delivery" fee added to the order, $22 for up to $100, $27 for $100-$200, etc. Do you add a "tip" in addition to these charges? If so, how much of a tip is appropriate. Thank you!

any more/new dvc resorts to talk about, read about and think about purchasing into.... I for one, can't wait for SSR to be near sell-out so we get some new news about the next DVC resort!!!! I much preferred when they were building the smaller resorts so it seemed liked we had more options...

I just got the "Disney Dining Experience"..since I'm going 15 nights this year and about 8-10 next year, I calculated out that the 20% dining discount offered on that card is worth $500-$700 easily for me...the cost of the card is only $50 for annual passholders.
