I got the same thing on my iPhone 11. But at same time I was using my iPhone 6s and had no problems. So confused why one would work and the other wouldn’t. Did same steps on both phones and pressed buttons at same time on both phones.

On my practice from home- my use of the app showed that regular BG gone by 8:01 almost on the dot and all BG for the day distributed by 8:03.

I turned the whole phone off... restarted it... went to The Disney World app and I got first the castle... then it kind of did a glitchy shutter and then went to the front page where it asked me to sign in. No Mickey or fireworks.
