    Magic in drydock?

As you can see by the sand that the props were dredging up, it happened at CC. High winds and angry seas prevented the ship from leaving ontime. When the ship tried to leave on Friday, the aft was pushed toward the rocks and that is when the pylon got hit and the sand was churned. The ship...

    Magic in drydock?

DW and I were on the '8 night cruise' in February when the ship went aground and hit the pylon. Dining in Palo's after that day, it was very evident that there was a major vibration that could be felt the most on the aft.

    Castaway Cay docking question

We were on the Magic when she sailed on 2/6/2010 and the Captain pulled into CC bow first. We also got stuck there overnight because of the weather. :thumbsup2 On our first cruise on the Magic a few years back, they pulled in stern first. What I am trying to say is that either way could...

For anyone who has cruised in February

DW and I were on the February 6th 8 night cruise. In Key West it was a bit cool but nothing a hoodie didn't fix. Cozumel and Grand Cayman were warm! CC was cool as well. The water temp was a bit too cool to swim but the weather was great for a bike ride and a nap on the beach!

    iPhone on CC?

When we were on CC on the 8 night cruise, the provider showed up on our ATT phones as BahamTelCo or BTC. We called ATT before the cruise to get the roaming capabilities in the carribbean. When we got stuck on CC due to the weather, I made one call to our travel agent and they took care of...

    DCL drink pics

The tasting consisted of three different tequilas. First was the "mystery tequila" which was immediately identified as Patron Silver. Nice but a bit harsh. Second was a Don Julio Anejo which was delightful. I bought a few bottles of this via duty free. Third was a Herradurro Reposado...
