I don't...only because no one is actually 'serving' you. Everyone gets their own desserts as well as drinks. I also tip at regular buffets. :goodvibes

Picking up park tickets earlier than check-in

Wish I had known this last week...when I spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get clarification, only to be told 'no, it can't be done.' I'm gonna go for it like the rest of you! :thumbsup2

    Can we...?

I recently called WDW to ask this question specifically, as I have an upcoming trip which includes a room-only reservation for the first 3 days, followed by a package for 6 days. I wanted to upgrade the tickets on the package to 9 days, and asked if I would be able to pick up the tickets early...

Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread December 1-29 2012 Now Open!

We've done it twice and loved it :lovestruc !! And I know for a fact that none of us ate $25 worth of desserts  But not having to fight the crowds for a view is well worth it. It has been one of the most memorable experiences from all our trips to WDW. And it provides a GREAT view...

What restaurants do you regret eating at?

The two big disappointments on our last trip: Tokyo Dining...the worst meal we've had EVER at WDW :scared: , and Narcoosee's...I agree with a PP in that the service s*cked and the food was just barely ok...the only good thing was the view.

    Akershus 10:40am ADR

On our last trip, we had an ADR at 10:30. It looks like they have 'seatings', and this time frame may be the last seating for breakfast. We showed up for our reservation about 10:20-10:25, and probably did not get seated until about 10:35-10:40. We lined up outside the restaurant with other...

    Never Again...

OMG!!: Captain EO!!! Talk about a total waste of Disney time! I also agree with a PP who said 'Disney in July'...I'll never do that again either. Although I was ultra sensitive to the heat when we went in July (I was 4 months pregnant :rotfl:)

    Ohana - 3/21

We've sort of developed a family tradition of going to Ohana's on our first night. It sounds like your family enjoyed it as much as ours. My favorites are the start and finish: that awesome salad and the heaven-on earth bread pudding :cloud9:

The most divine dessert at WDW is?????

I agree that bread puddings in general are exceptional at WDW...especially 'Ohanas :cloud9: I've been very pleasantly surprised by how good the creme brule is at Tony's...it's pistachio flavored and they serve it with a small pastry shell filled with candied pistachios and strawberries...

    Mickey's Philharmagic

With all this cold and ice, I could really use some Mickey's Philharmagic right now! It's our family's first attraction when we get there and our last before we leave. :cloud9: It's a great compilation of some great 'feel good' moments and Disney songs...it really gets us in a Disney mood...
