We've done split stays on all 3 trips... we've never had a problem and the Disney staff has always made sure our transfers were painless.

We stayed in the treehouse villas with 4 adults and 5 kids. It fit all of us comfortably. Bugs were not a problem, and it's still one of my sons favorite Disney stays.

We recently got back from 11 days at Disney and 3 at Universal. I would definitely stay onsite at Universal, as was mentioned above, the perks are too good to pass up! It was well worth it!

Sorry, just saw this. We were on the first floor, so as stated above you actually get a view of the bungalows with a peek-a-boo of the lake. You can see the fireworks, but not as well as an upper floor room. I guess it was worth it, but I probably won't do it again.

Third week of March is traditionally a very busy time in Hawaii because the kids have a week off from school for Spring Break. There is also a big soccer tournament held that week, I tried this past March to get a room on points at Aulani and had zero luck.

We just checked out of a lake view room at Moorea a few days ago. The walk to TTC was a lot closer than to the lobby.

We are here now and had the same problems. Talked with the concierge at the Poly and was told you cannot book 2 fast passes for the more popular attractions in our case it was Soarin or test track.

We stayed there in 2014 and loved it. Yes, transportation can be a bit of a hassle with the busses etc... But we were on vacation and the extra 10-15mins didn't bother us.

We are here now and HS doesn't really warrant 2 days IMO. AK on the other hand is great, I'd switch and do 2 at AK and 1 at HS.

Here now and it actually feels a little better than West Palm Beach (My 10 and 13yo sons has a soccer tournament there). That said the heat is pretty hard to handle for us and we live in Hawaii. We are doing 12 days with a 3 way split. Tomorrow we switch from Poly to BWV... The first switch from AKV to Poly was seamless.

We are in a lake view studio as I type this and I can assure you there IS a clothesline in the bathroom with a tub.

We are finishing up day 8 of a 12 day stay at DW. First 4 at AKV Kidani in a savanna view studio, check out of our studio villa at Polynesian tomorrow and will end with 4 days in a 1bd pool view at BWV. We have stayed at OKW and at BLT in the past as well as a treehouse villa. I asked my boys...

When is Sapphire falls scheduled to open? We have a 2 week trip in July and 3 days are still open (July 22-25).

We stayed at a treehouse in 2014 and of all the places we've stayed that was our favorite! IMO it is a little far to be walking though.

We stayed at AKV, BLT and OKW in September of 2012...Only place I could get a reliable connection was at OKW...That was the one disappointment we had on our trip...Hope they have addressed the connection issues this year.

You guys are so lucky...we just got back home the beginning of October...I watched fares for almost a year (mostly ranged between $800-1000) finally managed to get tickets for $690 in August....if I could find fares under $300 we'd have to fly back!
