The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread Part 3

I'd call reservations and flat out ask them which room number in building 6 you have. They should be able to readily tell you. As for everyone else, still hoping for room and balcony photos for room 1501 in Building 6. :) Joe

The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread Part 3

I think there's some confusion. I am an owner, and call Wyndham directly to book. I have always understood that presidential suites are assigned by Wyndham at the time if booking because they are limited. Whenever booking a presidential, I have always received a room number at the time if...

The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread Part 3

Actually, presidential suites are assigned on booking, especially the 4BR ones. If you had a requested room, it would have been based on availability at the time of booking. As for the fireworks view, we stayed in Building 3 (#752 I think), and it was awesome. Fireworks/lake view with a HUGE...

The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread Part 3

We will be at Bonnet Creek in July. We are staying in room 1501 in Tower 6 (3BR Pres), and for the life of me, I can't find any pictures of the room, or the view. Does anyone have a pic or pics of the room? Is there the outside possibility of a fireworks view from this room? Joe

The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread Part 3

That is correct. 1,2, and 3 bedroom presidential suites are all in building 6 only. 4 bedroom presidential suites are in all if the buildings, and usually on the top floor of each building. Joe

The we loooooove Bonnet Creek thread part2

My understanding is all 2BR, and 3BR presidential suites are located in Tower 6 only. In Tower 6, there are no fireworks views unless you are on like the 19th floor (Presidential Reserve). Your view of Epcot is blocked by Tower 5 from this spot. I wouldn't downgrade the room for the view...

When I called the resort this week, they said the towers were completed 3 days earlier. I'm hoping there is confirmation here soon from people at the resort before I go out and buy a router. Joe

Did this today, and according to the person at the front desk, all rooms have wifi as of 3 days ago. I think I'll wait for confirmation here though. So as people stay on property, can you post if you had wifi in your room, and what room/building. Thanks Joe

And one more question: IIRC, the 1 bedroom Presidential suites are all located in Building 6. Is that correct??? Joe

Hi Everyone, We'll be staying in Building 3 in a couple of weeks. Usually, we stay in building 6 when we go, but we were able to get room #950 (4BR Presidential) with the lake and firework view! :cool1: In Building 6, they have wireless internet pretty much everywhere. Have they done this...

    Day trip for SCUBA diving?

Have you considered diving The Living Seas at Epcot? It can be a little pricey, but well worth it to do it at least once. Perfect dive conditions: 78 degree water temp, no current, and plenty of marine life, including turtles and sharks! And because you only go to about 35-40ft, the dive easily...

    Wyndham Bonnet Creek building 6

Whats funny is I don't think I was ever pressured when checking into Tower 6 for a stay. main building is a different story. Luckily, I have a sales rep's cell, and just show it and say "I'll book with her direct because I only go through her", then never bother. There's more than one way to...

    Wyndham Bonnet Creek building 6

Tower 6 is Torre Del Sol. It does have its own check in. Don't bother going to the main building, just drive to tower 6. For pics, go to the photo thread. There are plenty there, including some that I've posted from various stays. Enjoy it!!!!! Joe

Doing Coke Zero 400 and Disney

I'd say you'd be good to withstand a "rain delay", but it may cramp your park time. Have fun! See you at the race! Joe

Doing Coke Zero 400 and Disney

I think the first few questions that come to mind are, how much time do you have in Orlando, and how many days are you planning to spend in the parks. I am going to see the Coke Zero 400 (its Saturday night, not Sunday afternoon fyi), and I will be in Orlando from the 3rd to the 13th. It takes a...

    Wyndham Grand...Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Off topic, you mentioned you were attending a convention, and mentioned here a July timeframe. I'm curious what convention it was. My family is attending a convention in July, and we are staying at WBC. It may be the same convention. Joe

I don't think its even an option for pay for housekeeping services. When we first stayed at BC, it was our first time ever as timeshare owners. We did the dumb thing and "upgraded" at the facility, and got a mid week cleaning thrown in. I believe they do the mid week thing for VIP Gold and...
