Can You Ride the Monorail without a Ticket?

Did you see that recently? What's the purpose of holding up your ticket?

Wouldn't it be better to use a hammer though?

    RV parking at Downtown Disney

If it was the PI lot in front of Planet Hollywood bordering BVD, the back half is DTD bus parking and is kept clear of cars unless they really need it. It's called the Hollywood Lot. They will boot you out if you park there. I have seen many RVs parked in the lot directly in front of T-Rex.

those going in May, will you wear DIS symbol

I'm honored, but the odds are very slim. I heard there is a 1 in 6000 chance that we will run into each other. Lots of drivers and buses, many resorts, and many hours. I can be anywhere at anytime on WDW property. Plus we don't usually do the same route two times in a row. I look at everyone as...

    Directions to the Parks?

I have no problem getting around WDW, but based on the number of times I hear people complain about getting around WDW, I can't share your optimism. I suggest that people become familar with the main WDW roads, see list below, before arriving. If you know the roads on that list, you can get...

    Bus from Resort or TTC?

Any bus stop sequence is possible if a special situation arises. They may deviate from the standard route or send dedicated buses to parks or resorts until the situation is resolved. With the buses, never say never and never say always.

Transportation to MK during Princess half-marathon?

Don't waste your time. Call WDW Transportation (407-WDW-RIDE) the day before and be sure to ask to speak to a transportation manager. Too many times the person answering the phone has no clue about transportation.

Is by boat the only way to get to MK from FW Cabins...ROP

Three bus waits plus three bus rides to get to MK, shoot me. I wonder how many people do this? I realize it can be done this way, but does Disney suggest it with a straight face? Is that shorter than CR Resort Fan 4 Life's method?

That path you mapped looks exactly right. Glad to know I'm not delusional. Well at least not about that anyways.

I got an interview... what to expect?

Unless the policy has changed, I thought that any part timer hired now had to have three days minimum availabilty. It was two days not that long ago.

What exactly happens at WDW if child gets lost?

I wonder if any of the different tours go into this high tech security part at MK that houses the screens that are watching all of the turnstiles. Must be impressive.

    Espn weekend

The reality is that "ESPN the weekend" is not that big a deal. Not even at DHS. It's just one of many.

    Contemporary to POFQ

That's what I was thinking, but when Jestocost & CR Resort Fan 4 Life were both in agreement, I began to wonder. I'm curious if you factored in that when the buses drop off at the MK bus stops, people are not allowed to shortcut across the roadway where the buses enter and exit the bus stops in...

Is by boat the only way to get to MK from FW Cabins...ROP

Guests staying at a MK resort don't have to do this in order to park at TTC. There is a shorter route.

Is by boat the only way to get to MK from FW Cabins...ROP

That's very logical and it begs the question, why does the WL have a bus, as it's closer, and FW does not. The answer is that the WL is willing to pay for the bus service and FW is not. Of course, you know who pays for it.

Is by boat the only way to get to MK from FW Cabins...ROP

There is no bus to MK from FW, so that leaves the boat.
