Correct - and I don't think any of the prior conversation contradicted that. With only an AH ticket I was able to: Book my ILL exactly at 7am for my choice of time. Book (regular) LLs when their booking windows reached 7pm.

That was my recollection - couldn't book until the LL windows were during those times.
