I just bought 400 points (2 separate 200 point contracts) of BLT for $106 per point as a new member. The incentive was $12 plus $2 more for viewing the webcast. I also have an April UY and we have 2009 points with NO maintenance fees and we have 2010 points with prorated maintenance fees...

Also remember that BLT has the longest contract that lasts until 2060! This played a HUGE part in our decision. I'll be 40 this year and want to make sure that we can pass our contracts on to DS5. Also, we wanted monorail access so that we could avoid some/all parking costs.

Another weird question.... If I don't want the DVC anymore when my son is over 18, can I give it to him and have him take over the MF? I know that I can let him do it, but I want it to be legally his. :confused3
