What number did you hit when you called? I’ve called twice, hit 3 and 4, and have been told the same thing both times. They can’t fix this problem. The only solution they have is for me to register again and they’ll refund me the money.

If you are registering multiple people at the same time, can you use a different payment method for each person?

A few months back I saw an article about new ear hats that were coming to WDW. I am looking for the plain black ear hat. Has anyone seen it? It isn’t showing up on the shopping app.

I just about died when I saw that sensor still on it. I wasn't really worried because I thought I could call Disney and it would be fixed. The cast member was no help at all. I just wanted to cry when he said there was nothing he could do.

I paid with cash. We make most of our Disney purchases with cash so we don't come home to a huge credit card bill. :(

We are planning our 1st Royal Caribbean cruise. This cruise is to celebrate our 20th anniversary and I would like to request a table for 2. How do I go about doing that? Do I request it ahead of time or when we get on the ship? Also, would it help us if we booked the My Time Dining or not?

How far in advance can you complete the online check-in process? We are going on our first cruise in Feb and I've read about checking in and picking a port arrival time. When do we do this?
