    What number did you hit when you called? I’ve called twice, hit 3 and 4, and have been told the same thing both times. They can’t fix this problem. The only solution they have is for me to register again and they’ll refund me the money.

    I just about died when I saw that sensor still on it. I wasn't really worried because I thought I could call Disney and it would be fixed. The cast member was no help at all. I just wanted to cry when he said there was nothing he could do.
