We just took the subway & trains around Kyoto. It was pretty easy to navigate. We studied the map before leaving the hotel to be sure we knew exactly where we were headed and found our way pretty easily. The worst part for us was that there were very few elevators in subway / train stations...

If you have a stroller I would recommend buying a cover specific for your type of stroller. We have one for our Britax and it's been a lifesaver! It fits perfectly and it allows our son to ride in the stroller while it's covered. :thumbsup2 Other than that become part of poncho nation... keeps...

Every kid is different. My DD rode it at 3 and hated it but she sure loved bragging that she rode it :lmao:

Ditto. With a group it get's difficult to make sure that everyone experiences what they want out of the trip. Focus on your immediate family and work in the group here and there. :)
