Meal Plan, and Spoodles Pizza Window

I returned from WDW on 7/25 and used the Spoodles pizza window on our last day there. For each CS point I received a slice of pizza, a soft drink, and a brownie for dessert. The pizza is pretty good! Not the best value for your CS credit, but convenient and tasty.

    Groceries from Gardengrocer.com

The front desk will hold your items for you if you're not there at delivery. I just returned from my trip and ordered several items from gardengrocer; when we returned for our first-day visit to Epcot I asked the front desk if I had any deliveries and they replied yes, that my items were being...

    Teppanyaki-Soup & Salad?

I just returned from WDW and we ate dinner at Teppenyaki on our first night there, 7/18/06. It sounds like you've been there before, but just in case you'd like any assurance, the meal was great! It's now on our "must do every trip" list for Disney vacations. On to your inquiry: The salad...

    Paying it forward

I'm leaving Tuesday 7/18 for a WDW trip, and I already had several cards I was planning to send. Today a family with three kids told me they had to cancel their plans :( and no longer need me to send cards - so I have three available that I can send from WDW next week. The first three...

This was mentioned by another poster, but remember that all credits expire at midnight on the day you check out. So don't expect to use leftover credits on your next trip!

Convince me to stay at All Stars

The difference in size of the rooms at moderates versus All Stars is almost nothing. I think there's a 10 sq ft difference (if memory serves) - the size of a rectangle 5 feet by 2 feet. That's *nothing*. I suspect that kids will enjoy the decor of the All Stars more than they would moderates...

    Double Digits people!!!

Only 53! Here I come, July heat in Florida - but it doesn't really matter on vacation at WDW!

    7 year old on RnR

We first visited WDW in 2001 when my daughters were 7 and 9. My 7-year-old (Audrey) was *barely* 7, and she met the 48" requirement only with thick-soled shoes! She's a daredevil and wanted to ride the RnR, so we agreed. We made it past the height-check - barely - and when we finally got into...

Which disney travel guide should I get?

I recommend Passporter. It has plenty of excellent information without "going overboard" and boring you with details. It's updated every year, and the authors do a good job of covering new or changed attractions.

    Magic Your Way...Dining or Not?

No doubt, it's a great deal. Particularly considering the quality of the table service restaurants in the plan (nearly all of them). For about $38/day (adult) you receive a table service meal with appetizer and dessert, a counter service meal with dessert, and a small snack with all tips...

Need info on cabins Gatlinberg/Pigeon Forge/Cherokee area

I see that you're getting several success stories and specific rental recommendations, but I'll throw mine in: Volunteer Cabin Rentals (the board won't let me post a URL, but it is simple: just Google the name). I live in middle TN and travel to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area annually (or...

    Passporter book

As others have said, the 2006 edition came out in November and 2007's might not be available for a December trip, so I'd get the 2006. It's a terrific book and highly recommended.

    Post your Crocs photos!

I didn't read EVERY post in this thread, but I never saw a direct answer to this: are Crocs comfortable to wear all day while touring parks? I don't have any, but my wife and daughters do and they've wondered about packing them for our trip this summer. Those with first-hand experience please...
