In my opinion Waimea Falls is not worth the price of admission. A "hike" on a paved path to an ok waterfall was not worth the price of admission. Have seen better waterfalls for free in both NH and MI. North Shore was wonderful with great food and swimming. MB

Got home yesterday from a magical trip to Aulani and Oahu. Got out of Savannah the day before the hurricane arrived, and Hurricane Lester never hit the islands. Cam home to a few branches down and a part of our fence leaning over but that was it. Will try to post a trip report this weekend. Lizzie

With Google Maps and a paper map from AAA, we had no trouble last week getting around Oahu. Logged 600 miles on the rental car and still did not see everything we wanted to!
