I think there might be some confusion. Is the office address and the house address the same? Or is it the same mailman? I would guess that most people have different mailmen for their offices and their homes.

I would like to second the Dave Ramsey suggestion. I do not follow his same religious beliefs, so I thought that might be an issue for me, but his financial suggestions have changed my life. The key is to create a plan and stick to it. Dave's plan is a good place to start.
