I have used Dreams Unlimited many times. This is our second cruise with them. I have always had a good experience. I will say that I am pretty knowledgeable about all things Disney and tend to do my own research, but if I have a question I have always gotten a quick response.:)

We have used Davids and would do so again. It was very easy. You have to be sure of your dates and ability to go. Paying up front is tough but then it is one less thing to pay for later. I understand you can get insurance but we never did.

Yes, you can have guest services add your tickets to your room key. We did this the last time we visited with no problem. We added them before we went to the park the first time. (not sure if this made it any easier) Have a great visit.
