Jersey City NJ question (about hotels)

Thanks to everyone that made suggestions about staying in Jersey City. The question I have is it worth paying more money to have a City view? Do you see much of Manhattan from Jersey City? Thanks!

Yep. I asked about that in another thread. We plan on doing Ground Zero first and then walk to Battery Park. Since the Statue of Liberty is currently closed (right?) we probably won't take the trip to Liberty Island.

We are planning a one day trip into the City to visit the Ground Zero memorial so we want to take the PATH train to there. We are deciding what to do after that. Why wouldn't you stay in Newark - too sketchy?

What a Man’s Choice in Beer Reveals About His Personality

I drink Blue Moon quite often and fell out of my chair when I read this part of the description. Pretty accurate :rotfl2: None of the rest of the Blue Moon traits applies to me.

TV Show: First Week In (Do we send too many people to prison?)

It follows men for 7 days who are in jail or prison for the first time. Some are released before they serve 7 days (the 60 year old dad was let go because the charges were dropped). Some serve longer sentences. I believe the DUI person was given 20 days. One guy last night was starting a...

The kid with DUI ended up going bonkers and was removed from the jail after 5 days and appears to have been sent to a mental ward.
