I am in the process of evaluating a trip "home" to the Boardwalk Villas and wanted members input on the "Preferred View" v "Standard View" with regards to staying at the Boardwalk (that is, is the "Preferred View" worth the extra points required to stay in such accomodations and if so, why?)...

For OKW-Taxes for year 2000:Actual .1327 per point Taxes estimated for 2001:per statement-.7157 per point I cannot determine why the actual for 2000 is so dramatically different from the estimate for 2001...it seems obvious to me that DVC is acting as an "escrow agent" for the real estate...
