I have been to Disney 4 times since August. 3 were on-site, one wasn't. We are there at rope drop and found we didnt need FP in the mornings. Got everything done we wanted done by 2 at the latest. We now book FP for our evening rides. Just in case. Don't let the new environment scare you off!

Never had an issue at POR. Did have am issue at a Beach Club. There had been a computer glitch and the room was not supposed to have been released. Immediately moved to another room. If I walk into a dirty room on check-in, I would take pictures and go back to the front desk for assistance.
