If I make my plans on the windows version, I don't see how I can save them. So am I right in assuming I have to make my plans in beta version for them to be saved in "my plans"?

GC is Gift Card. You can them at the Disney stores, the Disney web site, or at the parks. And they can be used anywhere Disney- parks stores etc.
