I have a bunch of Disney Gift Cards - that I won't be using (got via Chase Rewards Visa) - is there any way I can turn these into other gift cards (e.g., VISA or Amazon)? Or am I stuck? We just sold our last DVC and I don't see us going to Disney anytime in the future.

Selling my SSR contract and Disney exercised ROFR. Any update on a timeline of when I'll hear from them? They exercised ROFR on October. 28th and the contract states it must close on or before 12/13/2021.
