Just think of it as "fall festival decorations". The Magic Kingdom will be decorated with fall colors and plenty of "jack-o-lanterns". Epcot will be decorated for Wine and Food Festival. The other parks generally will not be decorated extravagantly, if at all. Hope that helps.

POP has plenty of FREE parking. When we were there in June of 2008, we never had any problem finding parking close to our part of the resort. You can also take advantage of your resort amenities by showing your keycard at the theme park lots and they will wave you through! Enjoy your trip!
