RETURNING to Vancouver - How will testing work?

For Cruise ship passengers returning to Vancouver --- and flying into the United States, what are the current testing requirements. How will this testing be handled? Will it be done on the ship prior to arrival? Is DCL assisting us with a location at the Vancouver Airport to do this required...

Who's In "Your Party / Group"

How does DCL handle this "who's in your party / group" situation? There are three families all flying in separately from various locations around the country. Our reservations are all linked. But we are planning on not meeting or connecting until we all get on the ship in case someone in the...

WBPC out of New Orleans - Cancelling or Going?

I'm in the "wait and see" mode for the next couple of weeks, but this WBPC cruise out of New Orleans has me concerned. I'm fully vaccinated and boostered, and don't mind the extra tests and precautions. But what concerns me is Mardi Gras is on Tuesday, March 1st and we sail on Friday, March...

    D'Cappella ?

Has anyone spotted D'Cappella lately? In the parks? On a cruise ship? At a Christmas event? Don't see any information on their website or Instagram, so just wondering if they were around lately?

First time cruiser: Sailings in July-Aug- hurricane season?

Actually, cruising in July / August is not bad for hurricanes. I don't start worrying about the really bad storms until the very end of August - and September always seems to have a lot of hurricanes. There may be random pop up thunderstorms in July / August, but that is common.

Do people wear pin lanyards on board?

People DO wear their pin lanyards. Some people wear pins on their lanyards to trade. Some people have special pins that they like to wear and display for others to see. Many people have special pins on caps/hats also. I see many people wearing their pins. You will probably be asked if your...

Uber from Wilderness Lodge to Port Canaveral - How long would you allow?

We just did a Mears limo from the Port to Wilderness Lodge when deparking a cruise ship, and it took just over an hour. But that was early morning. I'd say at least 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on time of day and traffic.

Anyone else gotten sick after Disney cruise?

We've got 30+ cruises under our belts, and I will say getting ill while on the ship is a more common occurrence than I would like. I take many extra precautions with hand washing and sanitizing, wiping room down, not touching elevator buttons or stair railings, etc., but we have had a variety...

Capt Puckett on Panama Canal cruises?

We were also on the EBPC last August/September 2016, and I also remember him saying that he would not be doing the Panama Canal presentations for Disney any longer. I felt very lucky to have had him on that cruise. I was even wondering if there was a way for future cruises to have him via...

    need advice about Falmouth Jamaica

DH and I did the Good Hope Great House Estate tour in February. We thoroughly enjoyed it, but it is about a 40 minute walk-through and talk. I would not recommend it for children. They just won't be interested. The tour is given on an adult level. There were a couple children on our tour...
