We're arriving 12-15 and departing 12-23. Our expectations are crowds'll be light and build steady and we'll escape the huge crowds just in time. Am I smokin' rope? We were ther in June for 3 weeks and crowds build steadily to the unbearable level,we were back in late August tand the crowds...

The resort hopping is a great idea. We actually will get to WDW on Tday, but will really avoid the parks until Monday. Sunday, I'll head to the ESPN club to OD on NFL, but for the most part, we hit the parks really late, really early, or not at all, then we stay the entire following week and...

We too, love the Monorail and will just ride it around a while, but I have to say that I find them to be rather stinky these days. Now, I have a nose that's more of a curse than a blessing, and can smell better than the average K-9.

My brothers wife's uncle has a freind who's son's wife's father has a cousin's neighbor who's daughter's babysitter is dating a guy who's best man from his first marrage was a bus driver at WDW. He says WDW is PAVING ALL 43 SQUARE MILE of Disney property to provide parking and shuttle service...

Can't see it. the place is a "money machine!" It's packed in the summer, sucks a crowd out of the parks, which from a "crowd managment" standpoint is the idea, and teens love it, perpetuating the Disney brand with the 13-17 yo crowd. Don't see it closing.

Early, early, early! Was there 3 weeks in June, going for 5 days in August, and then again for 10 days in December.... Leave by 10am and then hit the room, rest, and then to whatever park DOES NOT have early Magic Hours!

IT really depends on what you want... 2200 is nice if you have familly in an RV and want to be close but still want a loop with some privacy... The loop right by the quiet pool is our fav (can't remember the loop # just offhand... 2800, maybe?) and yes... we do request loops and they've always...

I would certainlly go! All the above advise is good and I'd add one more thing... plan to tour the parks early in the day and late in the afternoon/evening. We usually get to the parks at opening and about 10:30-11am we head back to the room for lunch, rest and a nap. Then, about 4 or 6pm we...

Definitely bring the gear. I've caught the biggest bass I've ever caught at Disney... Right outside of our room at the Poly I've caught Bass and Bream, caught those with a azalea leaf run through a hook!! I did the fishing trip with the guide once and that's a hoot. The 3 of us landed 8 or...

We've just started theming ours. For our trip in 2 weeks, DW and I have a "budget" just for theming the RV. In Marketplace, there is a really neat store across from the Pantry that has really cool disney themed stuff; plates, cups, utensils, towels, sheets... all kinds of neat upscale things...

Well for us (20 days) FW price was around $860... most of the the companies will rent a 6 seater for $400 for the month!
