If you are not staying on site, what would the Magic bands be good for? Anything other than rides?

Are we less likely to receive a unique PIN offer if we have already booked a room at the std rate? Trying to decide if I should book now for Feb 2018 or wait and see if they send a PIN. Think logging in and adding the room to my cart but not checking out would have any bearing on offers sent?

What type of room has the garden tub? That would make my trip much more enjoyable!

Yes, stay onsite. Express pass is amazing and so worth it! I recommend Portofino!

We had a club lvl bay view room. Book club lvl and request bay view in the notes.

Hard Rock is the closest but they are all within reasonable distance. A short enjoyable boat ride and you are at the parks in no time.

Our room was west wing/bay view and only a few steps from the elevator. Very convienent to everything but the pool.

You should be able to eat breakfast within 20 mins or so then have time to get to the park for opening.

We just got back from a club lvl stay at Portofino. I havent stayed at RP so I cant compare but would be happy to answer any questions u have. We found it to be convienent and actually a money saver. We usually ate breakfast and dinner in the club lounge. So we only paid to eat once per day.

We requested west wing, bay view and got a great room. We were close to elevators, could see the parks beyond they trees, view of the bay and could see the water taxi coming and going. The only thing that was a long walk for us was going to the beach pool.
