We took a cab and it was $10.00 both ways for our party of 4. There were plenty of cabs when we departed the park back to the port. We had a great time and saved a few dollars by downloading a discount coupon from the park website.

Chankanaab!!! Discount coupons available on the web. They open early. Take a taxi, usually $10.00 a cab load and plenty of cabs to return at your leisure for shopping at the port.:yay:

Chakkanaab was a perfect day away from the ship.Most seasons they open early so you can get there spend a goodly amount of time there. You can normally find a discount coupon . It cost us $10.00 for a 'CABFULL" to get there and there are always cabs at the entrance/exit to return you to the pier...

As with you it had been awhile since I checked to see if there was a response. No need to send any money. My son's are avid golfer's and they wanted to take care of another "Disney" golfer. I will get it in the mail this week. Glad to be of help.

Clearly the Eastern is a better cruise. Key West was a bore, Cozumel ( Chankanaab) was fine for snorkeling and the park was nice but Grand Cayman was a waste of time. The extra sea day and "real" islands, not just sand dabs in the middle of the ocean are preferred.

My wife gets a prescription for the patch prior to the cruise. She cuts the patch into thirds and finds it is enough to take care of any motion problems for about three days. A full patch is just too much for many people.:thumbsup2
