Hi, Your Thomson booking reference should work and find your resort, dining plan and tickets automatically on MDE. It worked for me both last year and this year. The reference you need is one that's about 8 numbers long and not separated by a forward slash.

Thomson use Attraction World to book their tickets so you need to ask them to give you your E-tickets now instead of 28 days prior to departure like they normally would. Once you have them, the ticket number will be on them so you can either use the number to link to MDE or scan the barcode.

We fly out on the 16th from East Midlands on the Dreamliner. We're staying at AKL for the whole 14 nights :)

Thomson use Sanford so no Magical Express I'm afraid. Have you had your tickets yet? The transfer details are on there usually.

It sounds to me like the other two people are under a different booking reference. Thomson use the same reference for bookings with two rooms but for some reason Disney don't. A call to Disney should sort it out. If not then get Thomson to send a email out to the resort who will provide the...
