Ice tea isn't really a thing up here in Canada like it is in the USA. We mostly have the sweetened bottled stuff.

I do have a flavour sugar free squirt thing I use sometimes if wanting flavour in my water. I am going to mention it to admin when the next email goes out regarding food preferences which is usually limited to Gluten and veg/vegan options! And yes I couldn't believe they never serve a salad.

I was told max 90g for the day. Often I keep breakfast around 20-25. Packed lunches I can keep low as I usually only have protein and fruit/veggies.

Bit of a rant - my union does a free lunch for its members which is nice. And the employer has couple events during the year. There is always the vegan/vegetarian option, the gluten free option. But nothing for diabetitics. I did complain once when there was no sugar free options at all...

For those that go to bed with wet hair don't you get really bad bedhead? And isn't your pillow damp? I guess it's what you grew up with - my parents and grandparents never showered at night. My ILs shower in the morning as well.

Meh. I don't feel dirty at the end of the day unless I was working out or it was very hot. Maybe after a long day in WDW if it's hot. And no I don't change my sheets daily. I shower in the morning and change my sheets weekly.

me too! I wash my hair daily! Maybe once a month (like yesterday...) if staying at home I will put it in a ponytail and not wash it. But that is maybe 5-6 times a year.

I hate buying clothes online. I just go to my fav few stores couple times a year.
