Me and my girlfriend LOVE drinking around the world in Epcot, we always plan it for our last day. We start in Mexico, and by Canada we've had a really good day and enjoy the fireworks and the last moments of our holiday a little tipsy! :thumbsup2

NYC and in particular Manhattan is a great place, if you have a chance to spend anytime there, I would take it. As a PP said above, train it to Penn Station and you are around 5-10 min walk from Times square. Great for photo opps and a general wander. Close by is MSG and the empire state...
