    Horrible Goofys Kitchen experience.

We had a pretty dismal experience there on Monday 10/22 for breakfast. When you are paying 90 bucks for breakfast it should be something you WANT to remember-either that or soaked in Mimosas!;) I must be spoiled by Chef Mickey's in WDW and the crystal palace. I was expecting a party...

My Disneyland dining reviews, with pictures

Hmm...I think Napa rose might be too nice to take my screamer of a 1 year old to. We are so blessed we actually live in Napa so there are TONS of restaurants here that serve food with a conscious. I think my major need is to find a treat that DD can have. I absolutely do not let her have food...

My Disneyland dining reviews, with pictures

Yay, I hope to be able to go through all these pictures someday soon! Question: Does anyone know about the "quality" of DLR ingredients? For example, Pink slime in the beef? Does any restaurant serve organic/sustanable food? We not only have food allergies to deal with but we also try to...

    Baby Centers and Bottle Feeding

I think that this country forgetting what breasts are actually for is ludicrous!:rotfl: "We don't need to see that and neither do my children"-I'm not sure if that is nice. Kind of implying it is gross or something, which one might take take offense to and I'm sure you could understand that...

    Baby Centers and Bottle Feeding

This is nuts! I had a friend post on FB last year very upset about this happening to her too. We all came to the conclusion that the CM was just a jerk or having a bad day, this couldn't be policy but it sounds like it really is?? Not being able to have the "good seats" because of the way you...

Are people at DLR really that rude?

Yup. Maybe I've been living in Norcal too long:hippie: but I would rather have stoners instead of drunks or any other kind of drug user wandering around my kids. Or you know, ideally completely sober people but if I had to pick one...:confused3 My first trip to WDW I was the "rude" one, no...

    October 2012 Planning.. Anyone else?

This is my favorite part of planning so far, thinking about her reaction! I've seen people reveal that they are pregnant by paking a box full of balloons and when opened they float up, I thought this would be fun for a kiddo with mickey balloons!pixiedust: Magic! But then the thrifty part of me...

I am going to vent; please bear with me

I've been using a stroller for over 5 years now and I can tell you the only time I recall running into someone with one is at WDW! I mean, I'm a pretty good stoller-pusher for the most part but something about the crowds thinking they can cut in front of a moving object like that or something...

    October 2012 Planning.. Anyone else?

My DD will be 6 for our trip and trying to keep it a secret! How are you going to tell her? I'm debating whether to tell her on the drive, the day before or when we get there!(Telling her we're going to san diego, she has no idea Mickey lives nearby:goodvibes) I might check youtube for ideas on...

    How far in advance?

I always need to be planning some sort of trip or I get depressed! LOL I like to figure out what I want to do/see/stay/eat and like to have plenty of time to do it! Sounds like a big trip too, so a year doesn't seem too far fetched. I'm actually from Napa and a visit during that time is great...

    Emailing for ADRs

I just started planning for our first DL trip and was getting worried about the lack of ADR threads like when we visited WDW! This makes my planning so much easier not obsessing about getting a ressie!

    Online ADR problems

:mad:Me too. It's strange though, I'm just trying for CM and Akerhshus and it will only do it to me when I try searching for an AM ADR but not for a PM one. :confused3 I hate their online dining system, it could be so much better. ETA: It's been doing it for me for over a week! Lame!

    Duration of princesses at Akershus?

Sorry, can't help you out it's for Oct 5. If I understand you correctly, I don't think you should have any problem downgrading your party size. I think increasing it is harder!

    Duration of princesses at Akershus?

No, I haven't cancelled the ressie for 2 yet.:rolleyes1..I'm STILL hoping there is a chance and trying every chance I can to get it moved to 3!! But now that I know the princesses are there all the time it makes the later ADR easier to deal with. I just need to deal with the fact my 3 year old...

Is it really possible to taste from all the booths in Epcot @Food & Wine fest?

So excited our trip is during the F&W fest! Wondering how late the booths stay open? We will have a few nights w/o DD so I need to plan accordingly!

    Duration of princesses at Akershus?

I accidentally made a reservation for only 2 at 11 am, when we needed a 3. No luck in getting them to fit another in, so our other option is a 2:50 ADR for 3. DH has me freaked out that the princesses won't be there at such an "off" hour for dining, he claims they only walk around for about an...

    ADR opinions needed please.

I called the dining line after hours and it let me go to a menu with park hours. The automated voice will tell you the hours of the MK that day and what time the fireworks are.
