Are you now allowed to reserve FPs your phone? Can you still use the traditional FP system (collect as many as possible, but use them at set times). I think with FP+ you only get 3. When is FP+ (with only 3 FPs allowed) being implemented and the old system going away?

Thanks, I knew it wasn't scheduled to be down, but just didn't know what offline meant. Does that mean the ride was offline-ie-not working or that the LINES app was offline and no one was using the app to make updates?
