Some people think it won't close at all, some people think it will be down for a day or two, some people think it will be down for a few months. Nobody really knows. Based on what I'm reading, if I had to guess, I would say it is likely to still be open when you get there.

Nobody knows unless they have inside info as to when the moving platform will be operational.
