You might want to look at eshakti.com for dresses. I didn't use it for wedding stuff, but I have used it to buy dresses for work. A lot of the dresses are customizable, so you can choose to add sleeves, change the length, etc.

This was our first time seeing Disneyland at Christmas, and it was amazing! Carthay was awesome, though Napa Rose Chefs Counter was our favorite meal on our honeymoon. We didn't see World of Color from the terrace! We watched a little bit one night from our balcony, but it was cold and foggy.
