We are looking for places to have breakfast in both Universal parks. I have heard that three broomsticks is only available if you stay on-site. We are staying at Disney, Is it a definite no-go for breakfast at 3 B's.

Sorry yes I meant Friday 18th October. We do not have transport, will be relying on buses. This is our first time at a Disney resort, are the buses a problem for early mornings? Would the 8:30ish ressies be a problem or is it just the ones before 8am?
