We have a Valco Baby Double Jogger with the optional toddler seat in the front to make it a triple stroller. We use it everytime at Disney and nobody has ever asked us to fold it. It fits into a monorail nicely even though it takes up most of the standing room.

Sunday morning would fit in well with my itenary if that is the case. I thought the weekend might be more crowded because of people arriving and having no park plans for that day. My kids are really little (1 and 3 years old) and are often intimated and sometimes pushed around by older kids...
