Just got mine for my September and December trips! I had to give up LeCellier, but IMHO Cali Grill > LeCellier.

They are not re-released. Once the BoG books full that is it. However, if you go to the check in desk at BoG after 3:00, you can grab a cancelation for that evening.

Be our Guest is very tough. I called today at at 180 day mark and was not able to get a reservation for October 3rd which I would not classify as a busy time of the year. I have never had this issue in all the years of going to Disney for any dining location.

I ate at BOG for dinner and once for lunch last November. I had the steak for dinner and it was really good. I found the service to be excellent and well paced. Also, make sure you ask for the gray stuff, it truly is delicious.

I would expect the crowds to be busy starting 11/6 but mostly clear out on 11/11. The week of the 11th is a GREAT time to visit, the crowd levels are low and the weather is usually fantastic.

Crowds will be high on the 9th, 10th, and 11th and then low starting on the 12th BUT the OP should not panic! Go and enjoy! Get to the parks at opening, use your FP's and you will be fine.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news: 'Ohana - bad and overrated. I don't get why people continue to swoon over this awful place. Tony's - passable for lunch, terrible for dinner. Sauces are not fresh, the pasta is not fresh. Frozen food isle comes to mind when I eat at Tony's. Garden...

'Ohana continues to be the most over-hyped place to dine at WDW. IMHO, it is not worth the time or $$$.

Why is anyone feeding this troll? Nobody in their right mind would demand compensation over ONE attraction being closed in one of the parks. Disney OWNS the parks and has a right to open, close, and fix rides as they see fit and they can do this with or without notice. Next some...

No reservations are taken and I have never waited for a table - you will be fine just showing up.

Best steak at Disney - Shula's. Citricos, California Grill, and the Flying Fish also have very good steaks.
