When is the best time to go in september?? (or beginning of october)... my husband's family is planning on taking a family trip to wdw sometime in 2010 .... we were looking at going in Feb. also, .. which is best ?! (and least crowded)

me = 80 combat rogue (+ some others) dh = 80 prot. pally & 80 frost mage (+ lots of other toons) bil = 80 ret. pally (+lots of other toons) sil = 80 holy priest (+ some others) bro= ?? he plays off and on again ... i think he has a boomkin at 56 or something we play together almost...

where can we find CHEAP ponchos .... like the ones you wear once and throw away??? we'd like to get them before we get to wdw ... but we'll go for anything .... we just don't want to pay a lot ... we're only getting them 'just in case' - and dont want to get stuck paying like $5 for something...
