I'm using DVC points to stay at DLP this summer prior to our Med cruise. I was given the option to purchase park passes - it is no longer required. The rate that MS offered was considerably lower than anywhere else I had seen. I beleive that I paid $189USD for a six day pass.

If you have a car, I would recommend doing Pearl Harbor on your own. That way you can stay as long as you want and see what you want. I would suggest getting there (Pearl Harbor) earlier in the morning to reserve the tours at the times you want.

It may be possible but there is no advantage to do so. The Premier Pass is not discounted at all. It cost the same as purchasing a WDW and a DL annual pass. The DVC WDW Premium Pass was discounted significantly and you will lose all that savings if you convert to a Premier Pass.
