Finally purchased our theme park tickets and making park reservations. Also purchased Genie+. We are DVC and just found out there is a moonlight magic during our trip, hoping we can get tickets for that event. Next up Dining Reservations. Can't wait

Joining!! We are headed to AKL Jambo House 1br June 11-18. This will be our son's graduation trip. So excited to be back at Disney. I need to research all the changes since our last trip. Also, need to purchase our tickets and make park reservations. I think this is harder than it used to be.

We go to Sci Fi almost every trip. I also was not a fan of the food until I ordered the burger (best in wdw).

After Hours at MK is awesome!!!!! We did everything we wanted to do in one evening.

We love the Poly also. We own DVC there. We are thinking about changing to AKV though

We already had our reservations before they announced the dates. This is the first time our dates lined up with an event. I hope we can get tickets, but it is not a deal breaker.

The HS event coincides with our dates in Oct. I'm worried about being able to get tickets.

Read today day that they having changed FP tiers at HS. MF SR and Slinky Dog will be Tier 1 and everything else is Tier 2.

Going October 3-10 staying at the Poly in a studio. Hoping to change to Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo . Also, hoping to get Moonlight Magic tickets at HS.

We had some great photos in front of the castle with no one around (my profile pic). Would do this again in a heartbeat!!!!

I agree! I'm all for saving money, but with Disney onsite is the way to go!

Get both sets of magic bands and customize them. My ds loves to decorate them.

Our family just did a split stay in July between the Poly and BWI. We loved both resorts for different reasons. My son loved the clown pool at BWI over the volcano pool at Poly. He was unhappy with no quick service options at the BWI. We had to walk over to the Beach Club to get those darn...

AKL was our first deluxe stay. Have to say we've never been back to value. I guess since it was our first deluxe it feels like home. This is our favorite resort. Now we are DVC and are exploring other resorts. We've stayed at Poly and Boardwalk. Love them all but AKL feels like home...
