Hello,
My daughter was accepted earlier this week for a custodial role. We live in Washington state, so we have a long journey to WDW! It's a dream come true for her and we're excited. I've read through posts and I'm curious where the best place to stay (off property) for check in day. We...
I really enjoyed your trip report! It gave me a nice Disney fix! I also enjoyed seeing your kids and their costumes. My kids have grown up going to Disney. Our trips look different with 20 and 17 year old kiddos, but it is still special.
We did this in August of 2014. It was a high school graduation surprise for my twins. Me had a great time. The food was awesome and our imagineer was fabulous. He did a great job of explaining how he worked on developing the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride. He also went into detail about how he...
One more thing...
We are DVC members, too. Our home resort is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Kidani is a great option. We prefer it over Jambo House. I can help if you need more information!
Hello!
My name is Tracy and I am, also, trying to loose weight before my August trip (199 days to be exact!!). I am doing Weight Watchers on line. Tomorrow will be my first weigh in day. At this point, ANY weight lost would be great!
This seems like the best thread to find support. Progress...
Hi,
We travel to WDW every other year. On our last trip I added a night and used up some points that I don't usually use. Not a smart move....point values change and now I find myself 29 point short!!
I know we could stay at a different location, but we want to stay at our "Disney home!"
What...
Good advice! We usually use the dining plan at WDW, but I figured we'd eat more off property at Disneyland. It sounds like restaurants are very accessible.
I figured we'd bring food items. I know it is a busy time of year, and I don't want to wrangle a seat and basic items. I'd be happy to have easy food in the room and hit the park. Thanks for the link!!
46 days until we're at Disneyland!!
Thank you everyone!! I'm feeling good about our choice! I'm excited to see Disneyland again. I went a LONG time ago (1986).
We did book two connecting rooms (suite!?) so everyone will have space and be comfortable.
Any other Disneyland advice would be great.
Thanks again!!!!
Hello!
We are a west coast family who are HUGE Disney World fans! We usually go to WDW every other year and spend 8 or more days. We always stay on property and take full advantage of the dining plan, fast pass and photo pass.
However, we are planning our first trip to Disneyland. I feel a...
We travel to DW every two years. We usually travel in August (beginning) and tried President's Day week last time. We were able to do a lot more touring in February, simply because it wasn't hot and humid. However, it seemed just as crowded to us. On marathon day, Disney transportation was...
Jess,
Thanks for being the highlight of our evenings. It is always a race to see if you have updated. We are learning a lot about the DCP, which is something my daughters are very interested in.
Keep up the good work, and committing to the time it takes to share your photos and Disney...
Hi Jess,
I'm basically a big lurker on the boards. Even though I don't post often, I feel compelled to send you best wishes!
I have read every trip report and am thrilled to follow you on this adventure.
I have twin daughters who also read every one of your reports. They also aspire to be...
