I can say by 8 for MK the line was filling the turnstiles and halfway back to the door (social distancing of course). We got on a bus about 25 minutes after getting in line around 8 each day.

Buses run to Disney Springs and back until midnight. It's not super efficient, but that's how we got back and forth to later dinner ressies last week.

Slow even at off peak times. Super crowded in the evenings. Food is average at best. Order groceries for breakfast and eat in the parks or DS for dinner. It's not ideal.

I honestly wouldn't bother with the housekeeping - take the extra money they offer you for not having it. They barely do anything and I felt obligated to tip so it was a waste imo. You can still ask for extra towels (we had to multiple times anyway). Bring a few trash bags and you'll be all set.
