I should have clarified - we didn't get to see the night-time castle up close. Of course we walked through the castle many times during the day, including seeing the Sleeping Beauty walk-through. We really wanted to see it all lit up from up close. That's OK, it was breath-taking from the monorail.

We saw them multiple times over the weekend at the Animation building. They seem to be "handlers" at times for Woody and Jessie. Also, the times guide listed a specific "green army men" event that happened multiple times during the day. We never made it over there, so I can't confirm it.
