Me too! (for selfish reasons!)

I have been thinking about this and I believe what got to me was the whole daughter growing up thing. As a father of three little girls who are entering the "tween" stage, my days of being a hero are numbered.

Not sure if one would consider this hardcore, but I love Mastodon, Hatebreed, Tool, Hed (p.e.), Sepultura, Soulfly and Kylesa to name a few. I also love Disney music and all kinds of other stuff metal heads usually don't get into.

I am a 34 year old male. Love football, hockey and playing Call of Duty. When I watched the Hannah Montana Movie with my three daughters I cried. Like cried cried.

Well, we don't hit 95 until we get to Georgia. We come down through Erie, through PA, WV, VA and stop in Statesville, NC. It is literally the midway point between us and Orlando. Not the most exciting town, but the Hampton Inn there was fantastic!

For your first visit, if you have not already, I would HIGHLY recommend the Unofficial Guide. Its a good read and the touring plans are fantastic. Closer to your trip, check their website and look at the Crowd Calendar. We do and it works!

I too read them all, but hands down, the best for preparation is the Unofficial Guide. The touring plans are fantastic! Last year we were there for Easter/Spring Break. The parks were packed but the plans allowed us to avoid all the long lines.
