Geez, what a mess. I hope you get things resolved. We love the Poly and would be very disappointed if we couldn't stay there. When I told DH about this Poly situation he told me that if we for some reason we couldn't stay at the Poly we wouldn't go to WDW at all. :eek: Good Luck! Debbie
