"High tea" opportunities on the Dream 4 day to Bahamas

Greetings...another suggestion is The Royal Tea at the Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek on Sunday afternoon. They also have a children's tea and it's quite convenient if your staying on Disney property.

    Cruises during the winter months...

I realize to people up north the colder weather we experience down here in Florida is quite comical but relatively speaking, how is traveling on a cruise in Jan/Feb different than in the summer months? I'm booked on two 3 day cruises for the month of January and am wondering what to expect. Are...

food and wine festival before Sept 28?

does Epcot do a “soft” opening of the festival maybe a day or two before Sept 28? I’m a local and if there’s a possibility of a “preview” I’m all about it. I know they put up the booths well in advance but not sure they're actually open. just thot I would ask can’t recall from prev years...

Don't give up on booking Palo Brunch

I wasn't able to get a rezzie before boarding. We took a cruise last Sunday on the Dream. We had a late boarding (28) and we went straight away to guest services (no line) and I left a VM for Palo asking for a brunch rez whenever they were available, left my name and cabin number. Guest Services...

    What food do you miss?

Used to be an iced coffee drink you could get at The Fountain in Epcot...d-lish! Also, at Enchanted Grove in MK there used to be a strawberry/vanilla swirl...would give anything to go back to those times...

Best Place to Buy AP's on property...

I'm a local about 30 mins from WDW barring any traffic disasters on I-4. I'm going to be in the Magic Kingdom area after work tomorrow to purchase my AP and hopefully catch Wishes. I was wondering if the ticket window will be open at that time, around 7 at the latest...? or as a alternative, go...

    What restaurant for romantic dinner?

California Grille is my recommendation. We went for my birthday this year and I loved it! We had an ADR for after the fireworks but it was still amazing, especially if your a foodie, we loved the meal. My boyfriend brilliantly asked for a quiet table so we were seated in the Wine Room which...

Is Disney keeping the AC at 80?

I've been in Epcot a few times within the past 2 weeks and have often been surprised that I was not met with the arctic blast of cold air that usually greets a person upon entering an attraction. Particularly The American Adventure, Soarin', Space Ship Earth, etc...has anyone else noticed any...

    EPCOT days gone by

IMHO, of all the attractions in Epcot, then and now, Horizons was the one that was the most in line with the vision of Walt Disney, and the original EPCOT Center concept. (meaning the concept as a theme park, of course the original concept of EPCOT was a living, breathing community.) The que...

    shame on you guys!

I tend to agree....Dolewhips, although tasty and should be given a shot at least once in one's lifetime, are not a favorite of mine. I like the Strawberry Swirl, I think they're sold at The Enchanted Grove in Magic Kingdome but I was there last night and they didn't have them...not sure if...
