We were in AK for Christmas Eve...not bad at all. Christmas Day at MK...crazy! But we did everything we wanted to do in the MK earlier in the week and just ended up watching shows and doing things we wouldn't normally do. It was manageable you just had to have a plan.
We just got back as well...Dec. 17-23. This was my first time at Christmas and I didn't think it was bad at all except for Monday, the 19th. We were at the MK, and I've never seen it so crowded. The rest of the week was great. Fast passes were definitely needed though. Heard lots of complaining...
Returned home today after our 7 day Christmas trip. They've all been amazing, but this one was very special because it was the first time to see it decorated with all the lights and trees. I miss it already!
I've been reading they've changed the free dining dates. It originally listed the last day as December 17, now it's showing December 15. I was told I booked it just before the date change. OP, when did you book? You may still fall under the original dates and would qualify anyway. Worth looking...
When did they change it? I just booked yesterday for December 17-24 and still got it with my arrival on the 17th. I'm not complaining, just want to make sure I still have it...:confused3
Just came back with two celebrating graduation. One was college and one was high school. For their buttons, we went to City Hall in MK and were given the I'm Celebrating button. A CM wrote "graduation" on it. On the four balloons, they wrote 2011. Cute but you'd think they'd have ones for...
I did not. I didn't get in line until a little after 1:00...didn't get in until the 3:15. We are not rope drop people. We like to go late and stay late. If you do rope drop, you may have a better experience. Waiting was worth it because my DD enjoyed it so much, but there were a few fights in my...
I can take that I may be "wrong" on most days, but on this particular day there is no way they were taken THAT day. I rained for a straight 24 hours. No sun...and all the pics, the sun was shining. :confused3
Sorry, but I don't buy that the pictures are taken THAT day to be shown THAT night. On one of our MK days it rained all day. Sun wasn't out once and everyone was wearing a poncho. Yet in the Memories show on the castle, every pic they showed the sun was shining...no rain or ponchos in those...
We were there March 27-April 2. I agree withh almost everything. Weren't the storms crazy!? For us, we didn't do rope drop a single time. Instead, we stayed as late as we could to get on all of our favorites. We were one of the first families to meet Mickey and Minnie at Town Square Theater. We...
