The Chase Disney Visa charges 3% for foreign transactions. We just booked a private tour of the Vatican on the Aug 7 sailing and were charged an extra $10 for a $325 payment to a tour company in Rome. That $325 is for five people. Still way cheaper than the ship shore excursion.
